A Place To Belong

sundays at 6:00 pm
 - come early for free coffee -

This summer we are meeting at THE HOUSE located across the street at 3715 2nd Street.
We are currently looking at the life of Jonah.

In biblical times, a well was a place where common people gathered together to go about the day’s chores. In doing so, they talked about things of importance, issues of the day, and probably indulged in some gossip, too! Even the social outcast — the “uncommon” — came to satisfy a basic need of life by drawing water and feeling like they were part of a community. Is it any wonder that in John 4 this is where Jesus is: engaging individuals in conversation about the important things in one’s life?

It is our hope that you begin or continue a conversation with a Savior who loves you unconditionally and changes your life forever.

The Well is a worship service that blends the edgier worship style of today along with creative, applicable, and relevant teaching. Rev38 is the worship band for this service and takes its name from Revelation 3:8. The teaching pastor for The Well is Dr. Rusty Wheelington, a Southside member and Christian Studies professor at Howard Payne.
